Microsoft Launches Bing Desktop Beta - The application was meant to put the Bing homepage on the users' desktop, providing them with both fast access to search on the web, and with a brand new background each day.
The software will provide a Bing search bar on the computer’s homescreen, putting the web page only one click away. It can be pinned to the top of the screen, and will auto-hide when not in use.
